What is a Team Extension?

When your customers select that Team Extension or department from your receptionist (for example, "press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts, and so on").
All Personal Extensions within that team or particuliar department will ring.

You can set Personal Extensions within a Team to ring either simultaneously or in phases.
